Who can list
Paid business and agency accounts may submit Canadian directory profiles. Profiles require administrator approval and an active subscription to remain public.
Accurate information
You must submit accurate profile information and upload only images you have permission to publish. We may reject or remove misleading, unlawful, or abusive content.
Reviews
Reviewers must sign in with Google or LinkedIn, and every review is checked by an administrator before it appears. A negative rating alone is not a reason for rejection; fake, abusive, or irrelevant reviews may be rejected. Contact support@awesomeopossum.ca to report a review or request reconsideration.
Google reviews
Google reviews are attributed to Google and remain subject to Google rules. Directory inclusion does not guarantee rankings, leads, or endorsement.
Charity sponsorships
Sponsorships buy the benefits shown at checkout, including any selected social, newsletter or print add-ons. The charity creates and delivers the promotion and provides proof in the app. Sponsors may report a delivery problem within 14 days. An administrator may refund an undelivered add-on and its allocated fees. A sponsorship does not promise a charitable donation receipt; ask the charity about receipt eligibility before purchase.
Promotional email and print
A charity sends its own newsletter and remains responsible for required consent, identification and unsubscribe practices under Canadian anti-spam law. Awesome Opossum does not import subscriber lists or send newsletters for charities. Print offers require our approval before sponsors can purchase them.
